5 Lush Products You Need | My Lush Favorites

Hello, lovelies! ❤

I picked up all my Lush favorites the other day and thought I would share with you the 5 things from their shop that I absolutely can’t live without!  Sometimes, it can be really overwhelming to walk into a Lush store completely packed with beautiful things and try to pick what to buy!  I hope that this post is helpful to you when trying choose what to get from this glorious place! 🙂

1.  Dorothy Bubble Bar – $6.25

I love how cute this bubble bar is!  I crumble this into the bath as I fill up the tub and it creates TONS of bubbles!  Also, it smells sooo heavenly!  It has a clean, floral-y, citrus kind of scent. If I want, I can get two uses out of this bubble bar even though it’s quite small.  I break the rainbow part off and have a red-ish bath and a second blue one with the rest!

According to the website: “The exotic floral scent of ylang ylang, sweet figs and uplifting orange oil will take you down the yellow brick road and far away. When you’re ready to come back and face reality you know what to do, click your heels three times…”

2.  H’suan Wen Hua Hair Treatment – $20.95

I have no clue how to pronounce this, but I love it to death.  This treatment has helped my hair so much!  I have long, thick, straight hair that can get frizzy and full of tangles!  I put this through the ends of my hair, not quite to my scalp, while it’s dry and I leave it for 20-30 minutes.  When I rinse it out, my hair is so smooth that I can’t stop running my fingers through it because it feels so soft!  I cannot describe how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING this product smells.  Its scent is sweet and almost cinnamon-y to me.  I normally hate the smell of eggnog, but for some reason, this scent reminds me of it and I love it!

According to Lush’s website: “It’s our version of a fresh face mask for the hair, with softening and moisturizing mashed bananas, avocados and olive oil, shine-enhancing balsamic vinegar and fresh eggs.”

3. Fizzbanger Bath Bomb – $5.95

THIS BATH BOMB IS SO MUCH FUN.  I love the fresh scent that Fizzbanger has, but most of all, I love the colors!  It starts off with yellow that smells like apples and cinnamon and then reaches the bright blue middle, which has more of a spicy scent!  It crackles and pops as it fizzes, which I think is so cool!  Eventually, the whole bath is swirls of yellow and blue -and of course green once mixed.  I think this is the perfect Lush gift to people who have never tried this brand since it is so bright and fun to use!

According the Lush’s website: “The scent changes right before your nose, pulling you in with a delectable blend of crisp apples and cinnamon that settles into a spicy cinnamon toffee.”

4. Butterball Bath Bomb – $4.95

This bath bomb is not a super spectacular or showy bath bomb like the last one, but I still really, really enjoy it!  It is much smaller and smells sweet.  It is vanilla-scented and filled with chunks of cocoa butter that leave my skin feeling so smooth!  Once it fizzes into the bath, it leaves chunks of the butter that has melted to oil that you can stir around and smooth onto your skin to leave it feeling soft and moisturized.  It’s great for lazy people like me who don’t like taking the time to use lotion since it’s basically a soap and a lotion in one!

According to Lush: “Our vanilla-scented Bath Bomb is anything but boring when you lay back into a cozy white blanket of creamy, buttery froth. This little fizzer is the ultimate in comfort with chunks of creamy cocoa butter; it’s fantastic for rehydrating dry skin.”

5. Ultrabalm – $13.95

This balm is HEAVEN for dry skin.  It works miracles on dry, flaky, or chafed patches!  I’ve heard that it’s great for eczema, runners with chafed legs, and tattoos.  I use this on my elbows, hands, cuticles, feet, and anywhere that is exceptionally dry.  It soothes my skin any time it’s irritated and leaves it feeling SO. SOFT.  It can also be used on split ends and lips!

What Lush has to say about the product: “Our mix of candelilla wax and organic jojoba oil is a vegan alternative to beeswax; it creates a protective barrier on the skin and locks in moisture, while rose wax soothes irritations. Apply to scrapes to relieve discomfort, to tame flyaway hair, or even as a lip balm.”

I hope that you enjoyed seeing all of my favorite things from Lush!  What are your Lush must-haves?

XO,

Hanna

you got two of my fave Lush products in this – I adore the hair mask, I totally agree. I have long, thick hair and it can be quite hard to brush sometimes but this tames it. It’s awesome! & I also adore Butterball…although prefer Butterbear – he’s so cute 😉 hehe! Great post ♥
I did a post a while back on butterbear – http://beautifulbreakable.com/2014/10/28/butterbear-lush-cosmetics/ – if you’re interested in my thoughts! xx
