The Miracle Product That Cleared My Skin | EradiKate Review

Hello everyone!

Today, I bring to you a review on the most amazing product that has ever been… Kate Somerville’s EradiKate Acne Treatment.  OH. MY. GOODNESS.  This stuff is sent from the heavens to abolish all the face demons.  It’s really, really great.

This product is very similar to the better-known Drying Lotion by Mario Badescu, but I have heard that this product works more effectively by people who have tried both out.

have struggled with acne for quite some time now and NOTHING has ever worked for me as well as this product does, including what was prescribed to me by a dermatologist.  I never could find anything that actually cleared my skin.  I tried so many products claiming to do just that which only ended up making my skin worse. I cannot say enough good things about EradiKate, I mean, even the name is genius.

My skin type is combination; it is oily with some very, very dry patches.  I call it bipolar because it changes pretty much every day and can’t decide whether it wants to be a grease ball or SO extremely dry that my skin literally cracks.  It really needs to get its stuff together.  I can’t forget to mention that my skin is EXTREMELY sensitive.  It’s basically Kim Kardashian and bursts out sobbing every time I put a product on it. (No hate to the Kim, she is just very in touch with her sensitive side 😉

On a whim, I decided to try this product even though it claimed to do the same exact thing that practically every. single. other. product. in the entire universe was incapable of accomplishing.  It was a good decision… very good indeed.

After one use, I could see a difference in my pesky pimples.  I thought it was too good to be true, BUT as I continued to use the product, all my acne went away! It was like it just shrunk it right off my face!  ‘Twas a miracle.

I use this product every night and apply it to the spots on my t-zone and jaw (AKA where my pores tend to turn into volcanoes) with a q-tip.  Don’t shake the bottle, just dip the q-tip into the solution, reaching the pink sulfur at the bottom and then dab that onto any areas that are broke out or are probably going to break out sometime within the near future.  Gotta love those lovely little problem areas.  This stuff smells pretty strong, but not in a gross way.  It smells like a chemical, but it gets much less overpowering after it dries.

When it has dried, it becomes a little lighter in color.  I sleep with those attractive tribal-type markings of solution on my face.  I have white pillow cases and don’t usually notice any sulfur on them, but if you do have that problem, it washes out!  I am a tummy sleeper and I don’t see much on my pillows and when I do, it’s barely noticeable.

When I wake up in the morning, typically, a lot of the solution has rubbed off my face.  I don’t really know where it goes since I never find it on my pillows… It just escapes with my zits, I guess.  I rinse off what is left on my skin and then apply my moisturizer. (Psst, Clinique’s lotion is AMAZING for sensitive -or any type, really- skin). I buy this miracle product at Sephora for $24… definitely worth it to me!

Their website sums up the perfection of this product pretty well:

“Kate Somerville EradiKate Acne Treatment heals blemishes and prevents future breakouts quickly. This powerful skincare solution provides the highest level of sulfur allowed in order to calm acne flare-ups and free skin of further bacteria buildup. The result is a clear complexion that lasts.”

Every bit of that has been true for me!  This baby works QUICK, which is exactly what I want when a zit decides to visit my skin at very inopportune times.  Even though I have sensitive skin, this does not bother me (as long as I don’t lather my entire face in it or get it too close to my eyes;)

I strongly recommend this product to anyone with acne!  It WORKS.  If you have been on the lookout for something to clear your pimples, you really need to try this out.  I am so in love with this treatment and think it would work well on pretty much all skin types!

I hope that this post was helpful to you!  Thank you so much for reading! Until next time:)

XO, Hanna
